My wife and I have been married for almost six years, together for 10. We have two children. Carter, 2, is our biological son, and we are in the process of adopting Nallie, a 14 month old little girl from Haiti. We live on the southeast side. I am a nurse manager at St Francis Hospital, serve on the board of directors for Dads Inc., and am very active in our chuch, LifePoint.

What is your favorite part of being a dad?
There is nothing better than the hugs and kisses. No matter how the day at work goes or what is going on in my life, I know that my son (and now daughter) wil be excited to see me. It's always the best part of the day.
