Hey Tod, I have a very busy schedule. I work full time and I have 4 kids (triplets and a 5 yr old). So as you can see I dont get alot of time to workout like I used to. Do you have n e tips I can do maybe around the house or things I need or sould be doing to loss some weight? Cuz my the time i get home, cook, feed the kids and put them to bed and clean the kitchen its 9pm. By that time I done.
