Official 100 Member Cookout Event - Friday Update

Dads,

We are finally going to have this long awaited event.
The Cookout will be on September 13th, from 1pm to 4pm at Paul Rustler Park on the East side of Indianapolis. Here is directions to the park.

Depending on how many confirmed families are coming we will either be at the main shelter located at the back of the park close to the playground or at one of the various picnic tables throughout the park.
The cookout will be a pitch in so bring your favorite cookout food or homemade recipes. I know we have some future famous chefs out there. IndyDads will be supplying the meat such as hamburgers, hot dogs, and the fixins that go with it.

Please use this thread to post what item you will be bringing or any questions you have on the cookout.

Along with the cook out we will have a old fashion family challenge. There will be 5 games and at the end the family with the most points will win a prize. The games are listed below with a description. Let me know if you have any questions.

Three legged race - race from point a to point b with your legs tied to a
partner.

egg toss - toss eggs back and forth between your parnter. if you drop it or
it breaks then your out.

Old Fashion Race - There is a big hill at this park. We will have them race
from the bottom to the top.

Scavenger Hunt in the woods. Find 5 items and bring back.

Hot Potato - everyone participates in this. pass the potato around and when the music stops the person left holding the potato is out. Game goes until 1 person is left.
