I'm new to IndyDads.com and I'm a stay-at-home Dad with a 4 month old. Looking forward to meeting everyone and sharing ideas on this new adventure.

Still in process, I was 210 in February and now have made it down to 179. Happy to share my tips or looking for someone to train with (running, biking). I have a membership at LA Fitness in Zionsville.
For those dads who want and need to get fit and healthy, or for those who already are to provide some guidance and help!

- Hi Adrian. I also am a stay at home dad in Zionsville. I have been staying at home with our 2 year old since May 2007 when my wife's maternity leave was up. We also have a new 3 month old son. I take care of both of the kids fulltime as of this week since my wife's 3 month maternity leave is over again.
Let me know if I can help you with ideas on what to do to occupy the day or entertain your kid (library storytimes, parks, etc.). I know it can be kind of hard since there aren't many other dads out there. I can even meet up with you during the day sometime if your up for it.
I see that you are into homebrew. I have occasionaly been brewing for the the last 4 or so years. I currently have a Belgian Blonde in the fermentation process and am going to make an American Pale Ale in the next week or so.

I have a good one, but on the southside. If you just need a physical and small stuff, I suggest Walgreens Care Clinics or CVS's - I saw where Walgreens are doing physicals for $35.00

Buy some Schlitz, get your water hose out, pull up a lawn chair, a plastic kids pool and you will be in heaven :)
