Cisco Unified VoIP phones

Does anyone have any experience with the Cisco unified voip phones? I'm trying to figure out what firmware comes with them and compare it to my Service Provider. They are wanting firmware POM3-07-7-00 but when I do a google search on that its not recognized.

I've used them quite a bit. What is the profile of use? Business? Personal?

Business.....

I got it figured it out. The phones I bought from a reseller were in SIP mode and I needed them in MGCP mode. For some reason I couldn't hit my hosted Voip Upgrade router to upgrade the phones.
