The cost of child care was part of the issue, but the main reason I decided to stay home was to be able to spend more time with my children while they are growing up. I was spending 50+ hours at work and sometimes not even get home before they were asleep. We are fortunate to have the choice for just my wife to work.
I have to imagine that the cost of daycare is a huge factor in the decision. I know that some of the all day daycare/preschools can cost $1000 per child per month. That will cost more in a year than I spent for college!

I myself, told my wife that it would be mathematically illogical for her and myself to work and pay for childcare. Seeing that she is a successful executive, naturally, she makes more than I do. I thought it would be best for me to stay home and take care of the child and utilize this time to pursue my college education. I am now done with my first year and only have 2 years left. When I am done, I will be able to make more than my wife. So she can stay home.
I have a good one, but on the southside. If you just need a physical and small stuff, I suggest Walgreens Care Clinics or CVS's - I saw where Walgreens are doing physicals for $35.00
Guys,
Can we reschedule this meeting tonight. i'm actually feeling like crap (probably change of weather or some dickweed got me sick at work) and heading home early. Plus with only two I would like to get more out there so i can get everyone's tho…
