So I dont really remember what channel is comes on but there was a show I use to DVR all the time when I had DirecTv called lisence to grill. I dont know if anyone has heard of it but it had some great looking food. I saw a few shows where he use smoke pouches he made to add wood flavoring. Mmmmm just thinking about it makes me hungry for some good grillins. Now all i have to do is go get a gas grill :-p

Nick, pretty sure that was on Food Network. I watch the Food Network, but don't really watch any one show regularly. My favorite show is "Diners, Drive-ins, & Dives" with Guy Fieri where he goes around to hole-in-the-wall restaurants and local legends to find great food. I've seen him do an Indiana establishment more than once. There's nothing in the way of recipes, but you can sometimes pick up some new ways to cook.

Yea I love watching those shows I think they are awesome. I work as a server so that could be part of the reason I enjoy those shows. Its awesome to watch the shows and get ideas that I can take to work with me. I've managed to talk the chefs into running a special before. I use to work at Mitchells Fish Market in clay terrace, and I got the to run as a special Honey Glaze Slamon with Pumpkin Cuscus, sauteed spiniach (I think was the veggie) and it had a brown sugar bur blanc. It was nice.
