As soon as I put this computer down, I'm heading to the gym. I haven't been in a long while, and I can tell it. I'm slower, my clothes are a little tighter, I don't feel as energetic. Thankfully, I've only put back on 11 lbs. over the last month that I haven't been going to the gym, so I'm back to 286, down from my lowest of 275 lbs. (which was an even 100 lbs. lost).

I hear ya, man. I lost 80 only to gain 25 back after a badly sprained ankle. I find it hard to get the habit back. I think I'm going to have to bite the bullet and get up earlier to jog the neighborhood, except on Wednesdays...that's garbage day. Ever jogged the neighborhood the morning of garbage day? BLECH!

Sorry to hear that. Luckily I never experienced this. Lauren welcomed Abby with open arms and they still get along very well to this day.
